Sponsorship Toolkit: Help Us Bring In Sponsors!

St. Ben’s Bash is powered by community support, and parents are the spark that makes the whole thing go! The easiest way to help is to send a few emails to people you already know, friends, family, neighbors, and local business owners. Every sponsorship dollar and every auction donation directly supports our Dare to Dream fundraiser!

Below are copy/paste messages you can send today. We also included quick ideas for how to help beyond email!

Attach both of these items:

Quick tips:

  • Send 5 emails in 10 minutes, don’t overthink it

  • Start with businesses that already like you, warm relationships close faster

  • Use the “intro request” email if you don’t know the right person

  • Follow up once, most sponsorships happen after the follow-up

More Ways to Help:

  • Make a list of 10 businesses you already patronize (dentist, salon, gym, restaurant, auto, daycare, tutoring, landscaping, etc.) and contact one per day

  • Forward the sponsorship email to your workplace HR or marketing contact

  • Offer a “connection intro” to a business owner you know personally

  • Volunteer to pick up donations from businesses

  • Share a short “support St. Ben’s Bash” post on your social media and ask people to DM you if they want to sponsor or donate

Sponsorships help support the school and are a great way to show community support. I attached a short sponsorship letter and the sponsorship levels, and here is the Sponsorship Information link.

Would you be open to sponsoring at any level, or connecting me with the right person to speak with?
