What is the St. Ben’s Bash?
This year, we’re introducing a revamped and reimagined finale celebration to close out the Dare to Dream ticket fundraiser in style. The St. Ben’s Bash is our signature community celebration — an evening designed to unite families, alumni, parishioners, and friends of the school. It’s a night to enjoy live music, great food, an open bar, basket raffles, silent and live auctions, and more. The Dare to Dream $10,000 Grand Prize will be selected!!
This event is the perfect opportunity to support our school and celebrate what makes St. Ben’s special. Every dollar raised helps strengthen the programs, resources, and learning environment that our students and teachers rely on every day.
Funds raised at the St. Ben’s Bash are 100% reinvested into St. Benedict School to support necessary capital improvements and essential student resources. These dollars directly enhance learning, strengthen classrooms, and enrich the overall student experience.

What are Gift Gathering Parties? Gift Gathering Parties bring St. Benedict School families together to build exceptional baskets and silent auction packages for the St. Ben’s Bash. Grades come together to have a mini-party, and families are invited to contribute items - Every donation, big or small, helps create exciting, high-value baskets that make the event a success!

The fastest way to support is to register for tickets, invite friends, family, and alumi, and show up ready to have a great night, bid, and celebrate with the St. Ben’s community!
The Volunteer page lists the exact roles needed, from setup to check-in, raffle selling, auction support, and cleanup. It also includes the behind-the-scenes roles that drive fundraising before the event, like Basket Coordination, Sponsorship Outreach, and Donation Solicitation.
** the Bash is actively seeking a Creative Projects Volunteer (someone creative to help kids make polished, auction-ready class projects). That role is a huge value-add because it raises the quality of auction items and bids!
If you have a business, connections, or a family sponsor group, sponsorship is the cleanest way to increase the fundraiser’s net proceeds! The Sponsorships page shows all levels (Presenting, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Tiger), plus specialty and in-kind sponsorship options like print, food, drink, and entertainment!
